  • How My Coaching Works

    Please read the following carefully to ensure my coaching service is the right fit for you.

    My in-person personal training is part of a structured, commitment-based coaching service. It is designed for clients who value consistency, accountability, and long-term results, not flexibility around casual sessions.

    When you are accepted into coaching:

    • Your training time is reserved exclusively for you

    • That time cannot be offered to another client

    • Sessions are not transferable or made up if missed

    If life gets busy and you’re unable to attend a session, you are still expected to continue with your training program and nutrition plan independently. Results come from consistency across the entire coaching framework, not from a single session.

    This coaching model is best suited to you if:

    • You are ready to commit to showing up consistently

    • You understand that progress is built outside the gym as much as inside it

    • You value structure, accountability, and professional standards

    If you’re looking for casual or flexible session-based training, this service may not be the right fit and that’s completely okay.
